I bought this headset as an emergency replacement on a business trip at one of the big box stores. Used it for 2 days and left it in the rental car. It is junk. Light weight, and the ear hooks do not hold the unit close to your head. The sound quality is horrible, people I called complained and I had to turn the unit off so they could understand me.
If you want a small inexpensive headset that works really well, get the Samsung WEP475. This is a really good unit with a lousy ear hook. But a string with 2 soup cans would be a marked improvement over the emerson.

This was the first Bluetooth that I've tried on my phone and I just love it. The volume is amazing. The speech quality (on the other end) is amazing. Well, at least that's what my contacts say. They tell me that they can hear me better with my Bluetooth compared to without it.

This is an amazing little bluetooth! Its the most comfortable one I've ever found, the sound is amazing and it's very simple to use! The volume on it works great, you can have it very loud or very low...I've tried many, looking for the most comfortable one and have found it. Cannot believe it was only 20.00, I have spent 60.00 one one and ended up returning it. You WILL NOT be disappointed with this one!

I bought this item at Wal Mart for $20. It has:
- tons of talk time.
- clarity is amazing.
- it charges quickly.
- fits snugly in your ear - the over the ear wire could have been sturdier
- Yes, it wont auto-connect to your phone; but sheesh guys - Hold the button down for 3 seconds? THAT's your gripe? really?
