Came with a car and home charger and three sizes of ear pieces to fit any ear. Sound is okay. Wonderful when at home but in the car I have to turn off the air,radio and roll up windows to be able to hear good. but Others have had no problem hearing me.Lost a "bling" the first day, easy to pair, very small, pretty and ultra light weight
