I was wondering why I never wrote a review of this after almost a year. I realized it has been in my ear very often. It's been in a mailbox somewhere.
First the review. It seems to have to be positioned carefully to be heard well (so people tell me). The fit doesn't really help. They give you 2 sets of earplugs to fit your ear. But you actually get 4 identical plugs. It doesn't stand out as the headset to have, although I haven't found it yet. That ends my review. The product is being disconntinued
But what burns me up is the lack of customer service from the vendor to the manufacturer. They just are there to make things harder.
Now, for ANY BLUE ANT PRODUCT !!!! Their customer service sucks (I hope they send out my replacement before someone sees this.).
Step 1. Fill out web form to receive warranty return form.
Step 2 Wait for form
Step 3 Receive reply "Did you wave your magic wand?" If that doesn't help write back for RMA.
Step 4 Repeat. Steps 1 and 2.
Step 5 Send messages asking what the holdup is.
Step 6 Send broken device in.
Wait 3 weeks. Get different broken device back.
Finally called customer service and said "Can't you just stick one in an envelope?" (A novel concept in warranty replacement).
We'll see what happens.

I have gone through 3 other Bluetooth headsets, and this is the best one I have used to date.
Pros:
1. Connects easily
2. Comfortable even when worn for an extended length of time
3. Colorful... not a show-stopper for me, but at least if I drop it, I should notice
4. Clip to hold it on clothing when not in use - I love it! Less chance of getting lost
Cons:
1. Volume could be higher... at max, in a noisy situation, it is hard to hear
Overall, I would recommend this headset!

I got this headset in black about a year ago and it is still kicking it has noise cancellation that is better than most though none are really as good as they say I got this for replacement of my way over priced Jawbone II and there is no area it does not beat jawbone hands down long battery life, light, comfortable, and good adjustment for those who like me are not a desk worker but a field technician in construction I use this with the g-1 google phone and it does not allow the full bluetooth functions but for a hardcore phone user it is perfect and it is durable I am extremely hard on phones and headsets

Excellent product - easy to sync. Sound and voice quality far better than headsets three times the price. Periodically I have difficulty with 'isolation sound' function when driving. The ear protector piece came unscrewed a couple of times - so I glued it in place - works great.

Best Bluetooth device there is on the market. This is our 3rd Z9 and works great. Good customer service from BlueAnt, gave us firmware upgrade and instructions to install easily. Thanks again to Amazon for the best price and fast service.
