Generally good March 13, 2010 Y. Xinyu (Canada) It's generally a good headset. I works well with my laptop except that once u r out of range, when u come back, it can not connect to my laptop unless i restart it.
sound good, build quality questionable March 9, 2010 Pochizzle (NYC) this headset was bought specifically for playing ps3 so i dont have to tie up my other headset. it doesn't leave the house. the battery lasts real long on a short charge. comfortable. clarity is good as well as noise cancellation even with my surround tuned way up. adding to it never leaves the house you would think it might hold up. the finish is cracking off but i don't care about that much. the button in the middle cracked though when turning it on. still works. if i wasn't so lazy id return it for a replacement.
Works Great!! March 8, 2010 Jason R. Mashburn (Keller, TX, US) This is my third Plantronics Voyager 520 over the last 3 or more years. I usually get about a year out of them. I am somewhat hard on these products. Out of all the headsets that I have used this is my overall favorite. I like how the ear piece goes into the ear. It can get a little heavy on the ear sometimes, but I just switch to the other ear. Great Product.
Ok for the money. March 8, 2010 A. Carter (Atlanta, GA) don't like the fact that it does not have changeable ear loops for smaller ears and it does not reduce the noise of wind as advertised.
Connection problems with iPhone March 3, 2010 Careful User (Ramsey, NJ, USA) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This product has a lot of connection problems with iphone, the call quality is good but it gets disconnected so frequently that its a pain connecting it again and again. [it does not auto connect..you have to manually connect it again]
If you move away more than 3 feet from the phone then connection drops or the call quality becomes really bad.
If you are driving then it will definitely get disconnected after 15-20 mins .
I am just fed up after a few days of nagging connection problems and thinking of returning the product.
Disclaimer: My review is for use with iphone ONLY. I have not tested it with other phones...if it works well then its your luck..
