This bluetooth device is easy to use..powerful and convenient. It comes with the charger and earpiece thats reversible. The price is right and samsung stands by this product.Go for it you wont be sorry!

I am very disappointed in this bluetooth. It is nice and small, very lightweight...those are the good points. Bad points are the strange earloop that makes it hard to put on and the sound. From another cell phone the sound this thing transmits is awful...scratchy and very hard to make out what the person is saying. I would not recommend this product.

The ear hook is very uncomfortable and broke off (because it didn't fit right) within 45 days of purchase. Unfortunately, it happened outside Amazon's 30 day return policy. I replaced it with a Samsung WEP 490, and now know how poorly designed the WEP 475 is. Buy the WEP 490 instead.

The Samsung WEP475 Bluetooth Headset is definitely my first choice for a replacement for the one I lost a month ago. The Samsung is the 4th bluetooth I've bought, and it is worlds better that the others. I have significantly impaired upper end hearing, and the WEP475 is still plenty loud and clear even for me. Other nice features include a very snug and comfortable earclip, simple good controls, easy pairing with a cell phone, nearly instant connection when powering up, small size which at the same time that it is an advantage, is also a disadvantage because I'm sure that it's size contributed to my losing it. Still in all, I am about to order another probably when I'm finished writing this review. Bottom line: I can comfortably recommend this bluetooth to anybody looking for a low-cost, well functioning, great little bluetooth headset.

Samsung WEP475 is a decent bluetooth headset but here are two main drawbacks:
1. it's not comfortable, that clear plastic over-ear piece needs improvement
2. volume doesn't get high enough for me, especially driving or in noisy places
but overall worth the cost delivered
