I just think the 975 Plantonics bluetooth headset is great, everything about it, comfort, looks good. I even forget I have it in my hear. It's a 10.

I've had 3 other plantronics bluetooths, 2 510's and a 520. I hated the 520, and loved both 510s. My cat at the 2 510s so I decided it was time to get something she wouldn't be inclined to eat. Went to the 520 which had excessive static and didn't fit right. Couldn't stand it so I went shopping again. I was leery of spending this much money on a bluetooth and worried that it might fall out of my small ear but I was extremely pleased with this purchase. This bluetooth blows both of the others out of the water with several great features:
1. charging case. why did no one think about this before! just the best idea, no more mangled bluetooth, no more poor timing on battery failure.. just spectacular.
2. unbeatable noise reduction. no wind noise, no background noise, and very clear communications - and I tested this with my 3 friends who will actually tell me when I have bluetooth problems.
3. very stable in the ear. even with no loop, this bluetooth does not move. I have small ears and worried that it would get tangled in my long hair and have not had a single incident where I felt it was even remotely loose. It takes some getting used to after wearing the loop style but it is a snug and secure fit.
4. range. while not as good as the 510, this bluetooth is much better than the 520 in range away from the phone. I can wander around my 1 story apt with very little static, if any. This is good for those who are always charging their phones while on the bluetooth.
5. short charge time for both phone and case. Always a bonus!
As always with Plantronics, I had no trouble at all pairing it with my enV2 and I am very very happy I spent the money on this little piece of heaven. :)

This is one of the better products produced by plantronics. It is very clear for me and the people I chat with. There is no crackling sound. If connection is lost you are notified and the person you are chatting with gets notification also. The negative is the trying to fit in ear snug. Otherwise it is great.
