Not the Highest Quality, but Decent and Cheap May 1, 2010 Christopher (West Michigan) This thing is cheap and has decent quality. It fits well on my ear and has a great setup as far as buttons, etc. The only negative is that sometimes people say I sound far away so I feel like I have to yell. I can hear all of the people I am talking to just fine, but it's a downer when they can't hear me.
No Sound, Missing Earpieces March 31, 2010 aBuyer The headset looks good and pairs easily, but no sound comes out of the earpiece. Callers can hear me, but I cannot hear them. Also, the instructions state that it is supplied with multiple ear cushions - but only one was included. I'm returning it.
DO NOT BUY!!!! It stops working!!! Should issue call back...most bad reviews have just come in recently! March 31, 2010 XDR I am extremely disappointed with Motorola and Amazon. I bought one of these from Amazon two months ago and it stopped working!!! It had a great sale price of $16.99 and I talked my best friend into buying it and he got two. Guess what, one of the ones he bought also stopped working. His does not charge anymore and the sound on mine went dead, I can't hear anything. I guess you get what you pay for.
We are now stuck with two useless Bluetooth headsets and can't return them because two months have gone by! I can't believe I recommended this product and it stopped working, I feel embarrassed. I have bought many, many things from Amazon and this is the first time something like this happens. I am very annoyed and would like my $16.99 back and my friend would also like his money back!
Amazon, you should contact Motorola and ask them what quality of products they are putting in what you say ......we work directly with manufacturers to box products in Frustration-Free Packages right off the assembly lines........ These Bluetooth headsets did not seem to come right off the assembly lines brand new, they seemed more like refurbished. Mine came with some scratches that did not mean much when it was working but now I find it very suspicious.....
Why is it that all of a sudden item is no longer in stock and all bad 1 star reviews have been written on this month of March. This is a RED FLAG in my book. Something is terribly wrong with this defective product and you should issue a call back. Motorola should suffer consequences, not us. Amazon or Motorola need to step up and give us some answers or better our money back! I'm not kidding!

Broken March 29, 2010 Shareena L. Moore (Plainfield, NJ) This bluetooth did not work!! It paired with the blackberry without any issues but there was no sound coming through the earbud at all. I ended up sending it back.
Uncomfortable, mediocre sound March 28, 2010 OD (Israel) I bought this because of some of the reviews said that it's a comfortable headset.
Cons:
It's not adjustable in any big way and for my head/ear it is very uncomfortable.
The ear band is made of hard plastic - not easy on the part of the ear where it makes contact
When I tried to flip the ear band so that I can wear it on the other ear, part of it broke.
The earbud is again not soft or padded. If it happens to be next to the right place you're lucky. If not then adjustments are not very easy.
The volume is a little on the low side.
Sound quality was not wonderful.
