I am a headset junkie who hates talking on the phone without a headset. I got an AT&T Tilt 2 (HTC Touch Pro 2) and had to get a new headset. Had some wraparounds like these with my Sony Ericsson Walkman phone, but SE mics the cord so I can use them for music but not for the phone unless I activate speaker and use HTC's clunky mini-usb adapter. Bought wired earbuds from HTC but they would fall out of my ears and the music quality was tin-like. Did a lot of searching reading the reviews on headsets. Decided to order these. Great Choice, Great Headset!
Initial pairing was easy and after that the headset was immediately recognizable by the phone. Call quality is wonderful with good sound canceling. It works with HTC's voice commands features, as well. For years I refused to get a bluetooth headset. After years of listening to music way too loud pumped directly into my ears, my hearing is slightly compromised. One ear headsets, are ridiculous for me to use. If it's not in stereo, its a waste of my time. I was not going to spend +$100 for a headset in one ear and not be able to hear the other person on the phone. This thing rocks! It controls the music player on the Tilt2 (within playlist) and it is loud with very good fidelity! How loud? Can't hear myself talk if its turned all the way up. I ran through the genres list and it reproduces it all well -- Classical, Jazz, Techno, Hip Hop, Rock, Latin, Talk -- it all sounds good.

Mainly purchased this to use with the iTouch version 2, with the new OS, it hooked up quickly and the overall performance, especially the sound, is good. The distance that it will work is generally as advertised, 33 feet. It will not work with Skype, though, the microphone part does not work with the iTouch (I think this is Apple's fault). No more wires, yeah...
I also hooked this up to the Blackberry Curve 8310, works ok, but it has a hard time finding the S305 every time.

I've had my Motorola S305 Headset for about two weeks and I have to say that I am very satisfied with this product. It works as advertised and not having any wires hanging from your neck is very convenient. Positives: no problems pairing with my iPhone 3Gs, great sound, very comfortable, and holds on very well when exercising. Minor negatives: connection between my headset and iphone drops every now and then; also, if you own an iPhone/iPod, you can not use the previous track and next track buttons, which I knew before purchasing this item. Overall, this is a great product and I recommend it for anybody looking for a good affordable bluetooth headset for their mp3 player or cell phone.

The Motorola S305 headset is a great product. I read review after review on the in ear bluetooth headphones, and they all had numerous problems, mainly with sweat affecting the controls. This was a definate concern of mine as I sweat profusely when I work out. I have had these headphones for about 6 weeks, and I work out 4 times a week. I do 20 min on an eliptical, 45 min of weights, and an additional 10 min on the eliptical to finish up my workout. I'm sweating heavily through my entire workout and have had no problems, although I do wipe my face quite a bit to keep the sweat out of my eyes so maybe that helps but I do have long hair that covers my ears. As I'm writing this review, the thought crosses my mind that maybe I'm going into too much detail about my sweat, but I am just trying to get my point across that if there were going to be problems with sweat harming this headset, I would have the problems.
Pairing this device with my iPhone 3Gs was very easy. The sound quality is great, and I dont have problems with the signal cutting out. I have used these indoors and out, and have had no problems with the connection. I detailed my car the other day and used them for about 3hours...they are loud enough to listen while I was using my shop vac, and my steam cleaner. The fit is pretty good for an hour or 2, but after I finished putting all of my equipment up (about 3 1/2 hours total#, there were spots behind both ears that were a little tender from the plastic that goes around the back of your head. Nothing too bad, as it was gone the next morning.
Overall, I love these headphones!! Wireless is the way to go for me. Great headset for the price. The only negative I have found #aside from the uncomfortable fit after wearing them for almost 4 hours, but what headphones wouldnt be uncomfortable after that long) is that they get a little warm on your ears, but this is to be expected from over the ear headphones. Don't hesitate if you are looking for an affordable, quality bluetooth headset!!
