Volume: Good you hear very clear and conscice
Operator: I used it with motorola and samsung it works very well with motorola not so friendly with my samsung caliber.
Caller: The only problem is the noise assasin is a real goof. The hype and the commercial is not even close to real. My friends complain because i use it in my car and they hear the wind or the air conditioner is blowing to my head.
Noise Assasin: There is none so don't worry about it "No Joke"
Buttons and Handling: It has fallen a few times and the plastic displaces or buttons become hard to handle. But I have and you can fix the problem by opening the cover and closing it again.
Comfort: 1-10 I rate it about 7 it is comfortable, a lot more comfortable compared to that alien thing that wraps around the ear. But the earbud starts bothering my after 2 hours of wear... Yes I talk a lot and No I am not a female.
Battery life: Should be charged every day since there is no warning of low or dead battery its just a sudden silence sometimes... which is annoying if you are driving and can not get to the phone to disconnect your bluetooth.
Level of satisfaction... 6 I am still in search of a better bluetooth earpiece.

I never expected this from Amazon. The headset has scratches all over and is missing the ear buds.
Dint know 'frustration free' package meant 'frustration after opening' package.

I thought it was a crazy fluke finding scratches and ear wax with my jawbone via frustration free packaging. Mine was also missing additional ear buds and ear loops. Apparently others had this problem too. Nice to know it wasn't just me.

Like the previous reviewer, I received a Jawbone that had scratches all over the outside. My item was also missing all additional ear loops and earbuds, making it impossible to get a good fit. The device kept falling out of my ear. When I contacted Amazon they said they would refund, replace, or give me 20% of my money back, which leads me to believe they new this item was not actually new even though they were selling it as such. I asked them to replace the item, but I was then informed the item was out of stock. That particular SKU was out of stock, but a quick search of the site for "Jawbone 2" showed otherwise. It would be like looking at a shelf in a store that's empty and saying there is not stock, while there are plenty on the shelf below. I have since emailed Amazon 3 more times and not heard back. I am not only considering never doing business with Amazon again, but also closing my company's corporate account for which I am in charge.
