I bought this as a backup at half the price of my Plantronics. Great unit. Might go this way next time as my main. Motorola has always made great products. This one probably deserves a higher rating

I don't know anything about bluetooth ear pieces except that I could never get my old one to work. This one is great - sound quality is great, it's easy to use and it's nice and small. It seems to run out of batteries all the time but I think that's normal and I always forget to charge it.

I picked this Bluetooth headset out of many online because of it's price range and customer reviews. I was not disappointed. I'd recommend this headset to anyone that would like a small, affordable Bluetooth headset with great sound.

My first head set was DOA. I had to RMA as others have noted. Cost me an Additional $3.00 to ship it back. It was in a sealed bag with no instruction sheet. I wonder aloud if it was a recycle product. I Charged the battery overnight--Nothing worked.
I recieved the 2nd one about two weeks later (post office problem).The 2nd time I recieved an instruction sheet-- no surprises.
Charged the battery. So far it is working fine. 3 stars since I had to pay the postage back for RMA and there are other reviewers that warned of the DOA problem.
