Was not happy with the performance at all. I was really very disappointed. The seller returned my money once i returned the product and i am very pleased with their support.

The item I received did not work. I even went to an at&t store to check to see if the problem was my phone (or operator error...), and it didn't work at all. I opted to get reimbursed for it. I wouldn't buy an item like this online anymore, better go to Costco, maybe pay $10, but then if it doesn't work you can get it exchanged right away instead of having to mail the thing back.

The product was not in the box. It was loose in a paper mailer. There was a blurry incomplete photocopy of the instructions. The extra sets of earpieces were missing. The set I got doesn't fit and falls out of my ear and I need to use the optional ear piece to keep it on.
The unit works well otherwise in terms of sound and noise cancelation.
Good product! Poor customer service.

This refurbished Jawbone seems to be working pretty good. The directions are not comprehensive (or even cursory for that matter), but customer service is excellent! I have had some complaints regarding sound quality on the receiving end. However, sound reception (on my end) has been excellent.

This Jawbone works much better than the original Jawbone that I had been using.
I don't believe this was a new product even though it was advertised as one. The box wasn't in one piece, it was in 2 pieces so it had obviously been opened. There was some sort of debris in the ear piece as well.
I would like someone to contact me to discuss.
