This item works so much better than a "bluetooth". I never have to charge it. It's ALWAYS ready to be used. It is affordable....I bought 3...one for the car, one for home, and one to keep in my bag. I only wish they made wires that don't get so tangled...some way to keep it stored in a bag and not tangle. But WHO REALLY CARES! THEY WORK!

I have seen the same product cost is 10-20 dollars elsewhere. I was having some ambiguity on its functioning as it is available for 5-6 dollars. It's audibility is good, voice quality is good, spears are loud enough. I like this product very much.

The earbuds pictured ARE NOT what was shipped to me. Matter of fact, I was given the cheaper version of the buds..... As usual it's a case of "BUYER BEWARE".....
i dont understand the problem June 28, 2010

I ordered this and received it a little more than 1 week later in the mail. When I retrieved the headset from my mailbox and opened it, it looked like the picture, there was nothing obviously wrong with it but when I plugged it in to my Samsung Messenger (TracFone R451c)there was no sound coming thru the headset's ear buds . I called Samsung's mobile accessory customer service line and I was told that if an accessory fits securely into a port on the phone, then it should work so the one I got may be defective and I can send it back to Samsung for an exchange.
