Awful - have sent mine back TWICE now! August 28, 2010 the_global_village_idiot (Hanover, ME USA) Well now, that's curious - Amazon has these pieces of dreck listed TWICE, so I'll just make sure that THIS stack gets the same thumbs down I gave on the other one.
I have had this headset fail TWICE now. Fortunately, both times the failure occurred during the warranty period. The first time it was horrible getting Motorola to respond, but ultimately, they did. Fortunately, the second time (yesterday) I was able to get a pleasant if not particularly fast customer service rep on the phone and a new one is on its way.
I would have vastly preferred that they sent me a different model. One failure - okay, stuff happens. Two failures that are IDENTICAL? That doesn't seem coincidental.
I absolutely do NOT recommend this headset, because it stops working properly. Oh, and the sound quality for the person on the other end of the line is no bargain, either.
Motorola h15 bluetooth August 15, 2010 NORMAN GREENE Everything was great except battery life was a bit short seemed like 3 hours then needed to be charged.
Terrible August 13, 2010 Lizzie (Long Island, NY) I have had 3 of these H15 over the past year. The first one I got with the cell phone package, and well it was a "LEMON" and never worked. Everytime I asked it to CALL it would recite every other menu, such as :contacts, please choose, doesn't work with flip closed, time is, battery life is, etc. I could not return it, as V* wanted the reciept and well that had been mailed in to get the rebate on the phones. On to Bluetooth H15 number 2. This worked for a total of 3 months, and then it got dropped in water, so no good, and the warranty does not cover that. On to Bluetooth H15 number 3, well it worked for about 4 months, and then it started to do the same things as the first one did. I still kept it but didn't ask it by voice prompt to call, as it never worked. Two months later, people could not hear me on the phone. So I just got a different model number. This is a piece of garbage do NOT buy. The one that really worked the best for me, was the very first bluetooth which I had for 4 years, and was still working, but I needed a new charger, and they did not make them anymore. Honestly this belongs in the TRASH.
Easy to use July 26, 2010 Katy Smith (Marlton, NJ United States) This is a very cheap and great little bluetooth. It has all the great features that the very pricey ones have. If you need something that is priced right and will work great this is it. Give it a try
great quality, hard to get used to! July 16, 2010 Erin E. Mccarstle (DEEP SOUTH)
i ordered a motorola because i have always gotten a quality product. this bluetooth
is hard to get used to inside you ear. the noise reducer hurts a bit as you have to figure out
which way it fits on and in your ear. there is really not a comfortable position you just have
to get used to it. it does'nt come with instructions on how or where you put the inner ear piece
on or facing which way when you put the headset on. good luck
