It comes with both large and small interchangeable ear gels, as well as two types of ear hook. | The Z9i includes both large and small interchangeable ear gels, as well as two types of ear hook: the original translucent style and a more ergonomic, rubberized metal ear hook. It also offers an innovative tie clip lets you attach the V1 headset to your shirt or cuff when not in use. The Z9i incorporates dual microphones allowing for BlueAnt's patented Voice Isolation Technology, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP) software solution that uses advanced techniques to separate the user's voice signal from all other sounds, enhancing and isolating all frequencies that affect voices coming into and out of the headset. This results in outstanding environmental noise reduction, echo cancellation and wind noise protection. You can choose between dual Voice Isolation modes: Standard for use in normal environments to remove mild background noise, and Max, which provides superior voice clarity for use in extremely noisy environments. I bought this device from DB Roth and the packaging looked like the product was new. Unfortunately, the device failed out of the box. I attempted to contact DB Roth three times via e-mail because they do not have a phone number. DB Roth never replied to my e-mails. I then contacted Amazon which guarantees all purchases and agreed to refund my money. I have returned the headset to DB Roth, at my expense and I am waiting to be reimbursed for the cost of the headset and the cost of sending the device back. I will never purchase anything from DB Roth again.

I was very unimpressed with the durability of this product for what I paid for it.... I have bought much less expensive units that have held up far better than this one.... I had a lot of trouble getting it to stay on my ear all day. It eventually fell off and landed in water and ruined the device.... Echoing was a huge issue as well as the noise cancellation was very poor.... I had a lot of trouble keeping it connected to my Blackberry.... Battery life was well under what I expected, and no one that I could find made a car charger for it.... If you work outside, as I do, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Buy something else....

This is a great little item
Charged quickly, mates easily to all three of my phones and my PC (skype).
Has a range of around 30 metre in a straight line unhindered by walls.
I often walk away from my Blackberry in my office and not realise it. Good clarity, volume adjusters and a kind of noise cancelling (bit fiddly to operate).

I have had this bluetooth for three days. I bought it based on the high number of positive recommendations. Overall, I would have to say this handsfree bluetooth headset is just ok. It fits ok. I shake my head and it certainly stays in place- but it feels loose. The set up was a bit tricky as I found the directions a bit misleading. ended up on tech support and now it is paiered with my blackberry tour and droid eris with no issues. The pairing on the Tour is great, the Eris seems to be a bit more staticy. Not sure if that is the phone's fault or the headset's fault. The volume is not great- i have it as loud as I can, and it stills can be hard to hear a bit on it. Overall- just ok.

I was all excited about receiving this great technology, but upon receipt i discovered that this earpiece is not clear. sounds muffled, although i did experience some relief upon adjusting the headphone lower. expected more bang for my buck...
