Can't use if I can't plug the charger into the wall!
The plug on the charger is a European-style plug, that won't go into US-outlets.
This is not what was described. I'll update here if I get this resovled.

I have never had a bad H700. This one has a problem with the volume (both receiving and transmitting). I am not a novice to this type of device so rest assured that I have tried everything short or taking it apart to increase the quality of audio. I really like this model and will probably try another one after I get over this one not working up to the quality standard to which I had become accustom.Motorola H500 Bluetooth Headset (Nickel)

Watch out for this vendor. It has been weeks and we've still received nothing. They apparantly choose to ship by stagecoach (if at all).

I have had this product before, but I broke it. I wanted to replace it with the same one and found it for half the price that I bought it at Costco last year. I highly recommend this Bluetooth. I love it and it is easy to set up and use.

easy to use, directions are a bit confusing for pairing, unless you've had one before. need to press both buttons, they left out that one step (I had my directions from my old one). This is easy to use, long-lasting charge.
