They came in perfect condition with the little radio connecter and extra ear-buds you can exchange for different sizes. So cheap, if you're buying to replace yours, buy 2-3!!! I wish I did! The Sony Ericsson website doesn't offer these; they only offer really expensive ones to replace broken earbuds so this product was a God-send.

i was disappointed that one side on my headphones doesn't work properly
it goes on and off when ever it feels like it.
