Place the H680 in the case and plug in your wall charger or car charger (sold separately) to power the headset. The clear cover can be removed to act as a desktop stand or for easy access in the car. Must be old stock. July 31, 2010 Fieroman I bought three, price to good to be true, lots of static. Don't buy this item!
Best Bluetooth headset! July 29, 2010 Niki Beal (Overland Park, KS, US) I have used the H680 for a while, and have tried others (do NOT purchase the H690), including other brands. This headset has excellent clarity, noise reduction, and echo cancellation. It is small, lightweight, and comfortable. It also comes with a small carrying case that is also the charger; great to leave in the car for hands-free, or place in your purse. With a Motorola phone, the charger cables are interchangeable, meaning you can charge it in the car also with your Motorola phone charger. My puppy chewed my first H680, I tried the H690 thinking newer was better, and after two days I re-ordered the H680. Stick with the best!!!!
Motorola H680 July 5, 2010 Edwin A. Collins Very tiny and fragile device but I would reccommend it to others even though mines was step on by accident and want work anymore but I would surely get another one to replace this one. Way to go Motorola.
Great value July 1, 2010 Daniel Henage (Riverton, UT) Pros:
1. The sound quality is good.
2. The headset looks great (the pictures don't do it justice).
3. The volume and call buttons are very easy to access while wearing the headset.
4. The headset quickly turns on and off with a dedicated hardware button.
5. The charging dock is even smaller than the one depicted in the manual.
6. Quick setup.
7. Did I mention it looks great?
Cons:
1. Non-standard charging adapter.
I'm very happy I purchased this item. If I lose it, I'll definitely buy another.
Nice size, poor sound quality June 25, 2010 K. Regan (Jackson, MI) This device has very poor sound quality. It's hard for the person being called to hear you and it picks up a lot of road noise. We have switched to a Plantronics device with great success. I would recommend Plantronics Voyager Pro. My husband has a modified car which is loud. When he uses the Plantronics headset I have trouble telling if he's in the car or in a quiet room.
